Assignment: On a separate piece of paper, write a definition for each of the words given. Then use all ten words in 1-2 paragraphs of writing about the Middle Ages. Remember to show meaning in your writing. I’ll be checking for correct capitalization since we’ve been focussing on that in class.

It’s that time of year grade 7. We will conduct a mini Spelling Bee in each Humanities class on Thursday and Friday of this week. The top three from each class will advance to the grade 7 finals on Monday Feb. 9th in advisory.
This fun version for 7th grade is separate and in addition to the world-wide competition in which all SAS middle school students are eligible. SAS will hold the school-wide bee on Feb. 17th, the winner of which will advance to the next regional level.
